Details of Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal examinations by preparing for and performing internal audits or reviews across all company departments and work units—including cashier operations, representative branches, service departments, and warehousing functions.
- Analyze data derived from operational activities and prepare reports on findings, including recommendations for improvement.
- Identifying potential risks, deviations, or procedural non-compliance with the aim of preventing the occurrence of such risks.
- Supporting operations at the representative office, including assistance with equipment and troubleshooting during stock-taking activities.
- Providing training or guidance to relevant users or employees to ensure that changes to procedures or new processes can be implemented correctly.
Required Qualifications :
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or Financial Management.
- GPA: Minimum 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates; however, candidates with at least 1 year of work experience in a related field will be given priority.
- Skills you must possess: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, as well as data analysis skills and the ability to think in a detailed, meticulous, and analytical manner.
- Able to work in a team and possesses good communication skills.
- This position is based at Polytron’s main factory in Kudus, Central Java.
