NADEC Foods is seeking an expert to work as a Supervisor – Fleet in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s entire internal food delivery fleet remains roadworthy, safe, and efficient to support daily distribution operations.
As a Fleet Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee workshop and fleet maintenance activities, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, minimum downtime, effective maintenance cost control, and reliable operation of vehicles and their cooling/refrigeration units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maximize fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning and follow-up.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed timelines.
- Manage workshop manpower, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Control maintenance costs without compromising vehicle reliability, safety, quality, or appearance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to workshop and operating teams.
- Ensure effective maintenance and follow-up of vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
- Coordinate with leasing companies and service providers for maintenance and accident repairs.
- Ensure timely completion and monitoring of TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely SAP updates and maintenance records.
- Monitor fleet-related activities including fuel, GPS, HHT, and operational equipment.
- Maintain vehicle condition, livery, workshop scrap records, and asset documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/workshop performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
Applicant qualifications :
- Automobile/Mechanical Engineering qualification or Higher Diploma.
- 2–3 years of relevant Fleet/Workshop/Maintenance experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good technical knowledge of vehicle cooling/refrigeration units.
- Experience managing workshop teams, workflow, productivity, and safety.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- FMCG, dairy, food distribution, or temperature-controlled fleet experience is highly preferred.
